This product contains Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Enterococcus faecium and Bacillus cereus, which are part of the normal gut microbiota in healthy individuals. Promote each other's growth and survival
▪Streptococcus thermophilus can remove oxygen to create an anaerobic environment, which is beneficial for the growth and survival of anaerobic bacteria such as Bifidobacterium.

Promote mutual adhesion
▪The combination of Lactobacillus bifidum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus can enhance the adhesion ability of both strains to the intestinal mucosa of pigs.
▪The presence of Lactobacillus rhamnosus or Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus can increase the adhesion of Bifidobacterium.

Inhibition of pathogenic bacteria
▪The combined use of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, and Propionibacterium freudenreichii significantly enhances their ability to inhibit pathogenic microorganisms.

All four SILIANKANG®probiotic strains show strong survival at gastric pH levels between 2.5 and 4.5 within three hours. Taking the product within 30 minutes after a meal helps ensure the live bacteria safely transit through the stomach.

 

When bile salt concentrations range from 0.03% to 0.2%, the changes in the counts of all four live strains remain within the same order of magnitude. Even at a concentration of 0.3%, the variations in viable counts stay within two orders of magnitude, and the survival rates remain relatively good.

 

Temperature Stability of Four Probiotic Strains

When the storage temperature was at or below 25 ℃, there were no significant differences in the viable counts of the four probiotic strains. At 30 ℃, only the Bacillus subtilis group showed no significant difference, and all groups met or exceeded the national standard. At 35 ℃, significant differences were observed among all strains, and the Lactobacillus acidophilus count fell below the national standard on day 21.

Therefore, SILIANKANG®can be stored for at least 35 days at temperatures of 30 ℃ or below, and for at least 14 days at 35 ℃. It is recommended to store the product away from light.
